Above all, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. On that note, we will do everything we can to satisfy your needs.

When you (customer) place an order on mengstudios.com, you accept all the terms included in this page.

Please remember that it’s your obligation to consult this page for future editions.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days, this is in accordance with the EU laws.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are sorry to inform you that we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

This is to protect our services and our goods from mischievous behavior.

Please do not send your purchase back to the address you received it, your package will be lost!

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all the tags and original bags.

It must also be in the original delivering packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

To establish a product as genuinely defective, our store’s service team must conduct a thorough analysis.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order Cancelation

In addition, an order cancelation can be placed within 24 hours from the time of your order conclusion, except for items that have already been processed. The customer can consult this in their account profile.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@mengstudios.com

Size Change

According to the EU laws, you can request an item change or devolution within the first 14 days, counting the first day you receive the order at your address.

Replacement / Partial Refund

We offer a replacement or partial refund of the product in the following cases:

  • The color of the product shipped is different from what was ordered;
  • The size of the product shipped is different from what was ordered;
  • The ordered products are damaged due to factory problem our by the shipper;

Replacement can be exchanged for a partial refund of 30% of the item upon agreement by email with the support team. Refund amount is not negotiable.

Total Refund

We offer a total refund of the product in the following cases:

  • The products you ordered are different from what you received;
  • Right of withdrawal – 14 days after the receipt of the product as per EU regulations;

NOTE:

We do not accept exchanges due to customer error, for example:

  • Incorrect sizes, patterns, colors, wrong shipping address;

Therefore, please check your order details carefully before checking out to make sure your order is correct.

NOTE **:

In case you entered the wrong address, depending on your local post office policies, you may have 3 attempts to receive the delivery.

After this, your order will be sent back to our original warehouse.

In these cases, Meng -Men Generation does not take any responsibility once the delivery duty has been fulfilled.

We can attempt a second delivery, but the new delivery may have extra charges for you (customer).

Refund charges

If you wish to refund an order, you may contact support@mengstudios.com and let us know your intention to do so.

The costs for the delivery of the returned products will be borne by you (customer).

File a complaint

If you would like to file a complaint, please email us at support@mengstudios.com and include the mandatory information:

  • Order number;
  • Video/picture of the defective product;
  • If your request concerns the size or position of the print, place a tape measure, stick or ruler on the affected images;
  • If any part of your product is missing, send us a photo of the envelope of the package you received, including the shipping label, so we can send it to our production department to investigate the problem;
  • Complete shipping address;

Shipping valid for reimbursement is the responsibility of the customer and is to be made to an address provided by the service. Shipping should not be made to the address shown as the sender on the package

Meng – Men Generation disclaims all liability for goods sent to any other address not disclosed by customer service.

Any attempt to receive a refund following a refusal of delivery of the order by a courier company cannot be accepted, so we will not be able to refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
