To place an order, first you have to select an item or create your cart list by adding some products. After that, you can use the icon in the header, similar to a “Cart,” and proceed to click “Check Out.”. You will be prompt to insert your information and choose a payment method.

You have 24 hours after the purchase to request change in your order. After that your order will be fully processed and shipped, not allowing us to cancel the shippment.

For now we have available: Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay.

This options can change in the future without notice.

All payments are made with SSL encryption, not allowing us or any external user to gain access to your payment details. We also use a third-party payment gateway partnering with Stripe, which means we don’t have access to any information other than what you provide us.

First you need to log in into your account. You will be redirected to your profile were you can see a tab “My Orders”. Under “My Orders” you will find the tracking info for your active orders.

No. You can order as many items as you like, as long as they are in stock.

Yes. We offer gift wrapping but only in holydays.

You will no longer be able to register that item in your cart. If an item in your order is out of stock, the support team will contact you, offering a replacement or a full refund of the item.

After you finalize your order, you can apply a discount coupon on the “Check Out” page. You will need to insert the code in the text field with the same name.

Our deliveries are based on the total weight of the package. If you try to separate the orders, you will not benefit from the price deduction, as the packages combined have the same weight and consequently the same price.

Yes. For free Standard Shipping the minimum order is 70€ and above,  as for the free shipping with Express Shipping the minimum order is 150€ or above.

You need to contact our Support Team to let them know of the problems encontered in your order. After that our team will evaluate the damages as described in our Refund Policy.
