We ship worldwide, and we try to deliver our fashion to all countries. However, in the current circumstances, we have some exceptions. We don’t guarantee delivery to: Russia, China, Mexico, Chile, Ukraine, Egypt, India, Libya, and Yemen.

For now we have Standard Shipment in 10,00€, however every order above 100€ has free shipping.

If a package gets damaged or lost, with no responsibility lying with the customer. Us “Meng” will be responsible for refunding, replacing, and compensating our customers.
For now we don’t have restricted products in our inventory, however this can be changed in the future without notice.
Yes, we offer free shipping for orders above 70€ and 150€, for Ordinary and Express Shipping
The shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s total weight and not the quantity of items. We use our partners pricing tables to deduct our pricing. We do not take a profit from shipping.
We work with different partners in different countries, and we can use the local postal service. Some of our partners are: DHL, ePacket, UPS, Correos, CTT …
