Orders
To place an order you need to select and carefully inspect the product size you choose. After you added the product to you “Cart” all you need to do is: Go to the header and click the cart button. After that proceed with your information and choose the payment method.
To check your order status, you can follow the emails we send to you about the order process, or you can log in to your account and navigate to “My orders”. On this page, you will see all your orders and have the ability to track them.
You have 24 hours, counting from the moment you placed the order. After this, your order is already being shipped and cannot be changed.

Shipping
All orders take, on average, 1-3 business days to be processed and 6-14 business days to ship.
Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days after the product delivery to request a product return. The reasons and process of the return are described in our Return Policy.
To get a refund, you will need to meet certain criteria and follow our guidelines described in our Return Policy and Terms & Conditions.
All the timelines are related to the time required from the courier for the delivery of the products in our warehouses. After we receive the products, we will start the process of the refunds as described in our Return Policy.

First you need to login using you email and password. After that you will be redirected to your profile page. In that same page you have the shortcut to edit your account information.
We understand that sometimes the need to control our online presence may arise. To delete your account, you will need to contact our support team.
